Kent is a graduate of Carolina School of Broadcasting, Charlotte, NC. Prior to his insurance career, he spent several years in the radio and television industry. Kent’s interest in serving his church and community led him to attend Lee University, Charlotte, NC, to receive his ordination in ministry. During his years of service, he has served as teacher, elder, and education board member along with serving as a senior pastor in a local Charlotte church.
